Our Process
Our goal is to take the frustration out of finding a counselor. This is how we do it.
Step 1: You fill out the counselor referral form
This form gives us information about the situation you are dealing with, what type of insurance you take, and when you are available to meet.
Step 2: Our intake specialist will reach out to you
Our intake specialist will contact you in a few days. Their goal is to get to know you and learn more about your situation so they can determine good match. We are happy to answer any questions you have and even pray with you if you like.
Step 3: Our intake specialist will connect you with a vetted Christian counselor
Our intake specialist will reach out to counselors they think might be a good fit to see if they are available. They will connect you with the counselor they think will be the best match via email.
Step 4: You and your counselor start meeting!
The counselor will respond to the introductory email and arrange your first appointment so that you can begin your healing journey!
